A downloadable game for Windows

Highscore-based endless action game. Player's aim is to get the highest possible score (eat as many bugs as possible). Gameplay becomes harder proportionally to achieved score. Instead of wandering through classic euclidean space, you're inside a neural network. You can move only to active neurons via active links.

This game was created for Hack Jam 2023

Install instructions

  • Instructions:
    • Unzip Neural Spider.zip file in any location on your hard drive.
    • Run neural_spider.exe file to start the game.
    • If Windows Defender blocked the game click "More info" > "Run anyway" or go to "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Windows Security" > "Virus & threat protection" > "Current threats" > select given file > "Action options:" > "Allow on device".
  • Requirements:
    • Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit or Windows 11 64-bit
    • Screen resolution: 1280x720 or any higher resolution
    • Input device: mouse & keyboard
